MoodMosaic requires no login and has no server account to configure. Most issues can be resolved entirely on the device.

The app is not saving progress

Confirm that the device has available storage, close and reopen the app, and install the latest iOS update available for your device.

I want to remove my information

Entries remain locally on your device. Use any reset or delete controls shown in the app, or delete the app to remove its private local container.

I changed or lost my iPhone

Because there is no Nawa Europe account or cloud database, we cannot retrieve app entries. They may be restored only if included in an Apple-managed device backup.

Accessibility or product feedback

We welcome concise reports that include your iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, app version, and the steps that led to the issue.
